Come along and try your hand at lawn bowls at the West Moors Bowls Club Open Day, on the 28th April, from 10am. You can try either outdoor or indoor short mat bowls and speak to our coaches and experienced bowlers to get a true picture of this wonderful sport.
All equipment will be provided but you will need to bring a pair of flat soled shoes/footwear. Refreshments will be available throughout the day from our kitchen and bar.
Your newly updated and expanded website is now live, with lots of new content, and lots of rewording and standardisation updates. There's now weather forecasts, helpful videos, links to other useful articles and still under construction is the honours board, where you can see who has won what.
The BIAS management system has received the go ahead from the management committee and will be rolling out across the club soon. Please keep your eye out for any updates and please find the time to come along to any of the sessions that are being run - it's all designed to make your life easier, which is what we're after.
